As the Walsh Jesuit fall sports teams jump onto Ohio High School Athletic Association tournament trail in the coming weeks, here's a rundown of where they will be and who they will be playing.
Women's tennis along with women's golf and men's golf started last week with Sectional play and all three advanced to their respective District Tournaments. Men's and women's soccer, field hockey and volleyball all start tournament action the week of October 16.

Senior Allie Stern returns to Walsh Jesuit from Columbus as a state champion after winning the Girls Division I pole vault at the OHSAA Track & Field State Tournament Meet on Saturday, June 3 at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium on The Ohio State University campus.
The following track & field athletes have qualified for the State Finals and will be competing Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Jesse Owens Stadium located at The Ohio State University. Designed for young men and women entering grades 7 and 8, the Summer Warrior Enrichment Camp is a great opportunity to get to know the Walsh Jesuit family and to see the school's outstanding college preparatory curriculum.
Last month Walsh Jesuit joined the Institutional-Level Ignatian Carbon Challenge, an initiative focused on making Walsh Jesuit a more sustainable and "green" school and raising awareness on environmental issues through a series of 12 challenges. Walsh Jesuit has installed two water bottle filling stations on our drinking fountains: one in the commons and one on the second floor.
